Great customer service. My constructive criticisms are not for the seller but on how some dolls are made.. For torso dolls, it seems to go for most, the arms should be reinforced more and move better, if you use them to prop her up for a bit of oral shall we say.. and if you raise them past horizontal the shoulders look weird AF.. that said the rest has some amazing attention to detail, beautiful doll. Again the rest is up to the user, depth, look all of that.. Though I also wish mroe and more dolls would also pay more attention to the Starfish look (****) give it a solid B+ , and a A+ for the sale I got it from.

Everything was great. From picking the model, communication with David, price, shipping time, discrete packaging, free extra items... User experience is great. Maybe a bit too heavy pick but that's my misjudgement of own abilities. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Very happy with MMX. For the price (aroud 1600 at the time with ROS head) i wasn't expecting the quality and detailing she has. She was well packaged so absolutly zero damage. Kuddos for the little package with bascis of care.

Loved the care from their team, very patient and informative (saved me from buying a head that wouldn't suit the body for example), very reactive to questions and forward with informations.

Looked forward to discovering a silicone doll and she's sold me on the material. It's so easy to maintain compared to TPE, which a welcomed time saver.

Time that I enjoy with that doll. She's light which makes manipulating easy, and unexpetedly cuddly. She's very comfortable when it comes to intimate moments, and quite good looking during others. Only negative point would be her hands, they are too small and a tad weird to hold.

The doll is incredible, the shape and the softness of the skin are impressive. It's not a lightweight doll, as its 40 kg weight requires the person handling it to in good physical health. But this is not a problem because the doll gives us that motivation.

After months of debating between Maria and other models, I finally pulled the trigger on the FanReal Maria and wow, what a decision! For a first-time realistic doll owner, the whole process was way smoother than I expected. Customer service was super responsive during the month-long wait, which helped ease my nerves.
But nothing prepared me for when she actually arrived. The photos they sent after completion were nice, but in person? Mind-blowing. The level of detail is just insane way beyond what you see on the website.
She also came loaded with accessories: cleaning douche, a $500 drying vacuum, USB warmer, bikini, a light dress seriously good value.
My only "oops" moment? I kept her at the standard weight (61 lbs) thinking it'd be no big deal. Let's just say she's a legit workout to move around ?? But hey, the weight does add to the realism, so no real complaints.
Overall, Maria's everything I hoped for. Would totally do it again!
