Free Shipping Areas

BestDollForYou offers free and discreet worldwide shipping to the following regions, with all taxes and customs duties covered for select areas:

  • Americas: United States (mainland), Canada
  • Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia
  • Oceania: Australia

For the following regions, free shipping is provided, but buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or duties:

  • Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, Israel, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, South Africa

We will assist with customs processes to minimize complexity and provide estimated import fees before purchase where applicable.

Non-Deliverable Areas

Due to import regulations, we cannot ship to the following destinations:

  • All Middle Eastern Islamic countries
  • All African countries (except South Africa)
  • India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brazil

Shipping Methods

1. Local Warehouse Shipping

For in-stock dolls, we store pre-made products in our global warehouses located in the United States (California, Miami), Europe (Germany, Spain, Poland), Canada, Australia, and the UK. These orders are shipped via trusted local couriers such as UPS, FedEx, or region-specific carriers (e.g., Sagawa Express in Japan). Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.

2. Direct Shipping from China

For custom dolls, orders are shipped directly from our factory in China. We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Utilizes air, sea, or rail transport (depending on the destination) with segmented delivery. A Chinese courier handles the initial leg, and a local courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) completes the final delivery. Tracking may not update until the package reaches your country.
  • Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee): Air transport with a single courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for faster delivery and continuous tracking. Contact us for pricing.

For remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) or certain countries (e.g., Australia, South America), sea transport is the default method for standard shipping. Air transport is available for an additional fee.


Delivery Time

Total delivery time depends on whether the product is in-stock or custom-made and includes Production Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays).

  • In-Stock Dolls: No production time required; shipped within 2–7 business days after payment.
  • Custom Dolls: Production time varies by brand and customization options. Below are estimated production times for popular brands:

Discreet Packaging

We prioritize your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded brown boxes with no indication of the contents. Customs agents may inspect packages, but we ensure no external labels reveal the nature of the product.


Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Monitor your package’s progress using this number. For segmented shipping (standard method for custom dolls), tracking may not update until the package reaches your country and is handed over to a local courier. If you experience issues (e.g., tracking pauses, lost package), contact us immediately.

For added security, you may request a signature service at no extra cost. Indicate this preference when placing your order or contact us.


Address Requirements

  • No PO Box or APO Addresses: Due to the large size of our products and logistics policies, we cannot ship to PO Box or Army Post Office (APO) addresses. Please provide a residential address.
  • Pick-Up at FedEx/UPS Store: If you prefer to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, provide the store’s address before shipping and confirm with the store that pick-ups are allowed. Invalid or refused addresses may incur return fees.
  • Address Changes: Verify your address before shipping. To change the delivery address after dispatch, contact us promptly at support@bestdollforyou.com.
  • Delivery Time Changes: If you cannot receive the package at the scheduled time, contact the courier directly to reschedule and inform us.

Inspecting Your Package

Upon delivery, inspect the package for damage:

  • If the box is damaged or opened, refuse to sign for it and take photos/videos for evidence.
  • Open and examine the doll even if the box appears intact. Document any damage with photos or videos.
  • For minor damage (e.g., small cracks, makeup issues), contact us to receive a repair kit or compensation ($10–$100).
  • For major damage (e.g., broken limbs, significant skin damage), contact us immediately with evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, with return shipping costs covered.

Package Issues

Wrong or Missing Products

  • Incorrect Doll: If the doll differs significantly from the ordered specifications or website images, provide an unboxing video (showing the entire body, head, shipping label, and packaging) within 24 hours. We will verify with the factory and carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Features/Accessories: If customized options are incorrect or missing, we will compensate at twice the value of the missing items (minimum $20 for free options).

Lost Package

If tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received the package, contact UPS/FedEx immediately to file a claim and notify us. We will assist in resolving the issue or provide compensation.


Shipping Delays

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Weather/Natural Disasters: Storms, floods, or earthquakes
  • Customs Inspections: Additional delays or fees in some regions
  • Holidays: Local or international holidays
  • Political/Regulatory Changes: Changes in trade policies or shipping routes
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Strikes, accidents, or carrier issues

If delivery exceeds 60 business days (excluding special features, holidays, or extended production times), we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll at no cost. For in-stock dolls, maximum delivery times are:

  • US Warehouses: 10 days (compensation eligibility after 20 days)
  • Europe/Canada Warehouses: 15 days (compensation eligibility after 30 days)

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • Cancellations:
    • Within 12 hours of purchase: 10% cancellation fee.
    • After 12 hours: 20–50% cancellation fee based on production progress.
  • Returns: Contact us before returning. Dolls must be unused and in original condition. Do not file a claim with your payment provider or return directly without contacting us. Returns for made-to-order or in-stock dolls must be sent to a designated address (provided upon request).
