1. Cancellation Policy

We encourage customers to make informed decisions. Once an order is placed, production or shipping preparations begin quickly. To assist you:

  • Request factory photos or details via our Live Chat or email before purchasing.

  • Confirm all order details (model, customization, shipping address) before payment.

Custom dolls enter production; in-stock orders may be prepared for shipment.

  • In-stock items: Cannot be canceled once shipped. If canceled before shipment, shipping and handling fees may be deducted.

  • Out-of-stock items: If your selected doll is unavailable, we’ll offer a free replacement (with price adjustment) or a full refund.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

✅ Eligible Situations

  • Wrong item received: Provide an unboxing video (showing the doll, shipping label, and packaging) within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement.

  • Damaged item: Notify the carrier and us immediately. We may offer a repair kit, replacement, or partial/full refund based on severity.

  • Lost package: File a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance.

❌ Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind, size/weight dissatisfaction, or minor cosmetic variations (e.g., makeup shades, skin tone differences).

  • Used, washed, or damaged-by-customer items.

  • Custom-made or personalized dolls.

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video required for claims: Record the entire unboxing process to speed up resolution.

  • Do not return items without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.


3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times:

    • PayPal: 3–5 business days

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • If you don’t receive the refund within this period, contact us for a refund reference number.


4. Warranty & Damage Claims

  • We inspect each doll before shipment.

  • 48-hour warranty period: Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.

  • User-caused damage (e.g., improper handling, heating errors) is not covered.

  • Heating/electronic functions: If malfunctions occur due to manufacturing issues, we refund the function fee or repair/replace the doll.


5. Order Modification or Hold

  • Order changes (e.g., address, item additions) are free before processing begins.

  • If you need to pause an order, contact us. A 50% restocking fee may apply if production has started. You may resume the order within 2 weeks by paying the balance.
